Post-Mortem
What Went Well?
All of the programing for this project was very simple and easy to do. I've also made sure to start building my own personal unity asset package for 2d and 3d basic templates.
What Didn’t?
Level Design. I have so many ideas and things I wanted to add but I'm just not a level designer and I just didn't time to do all the things I would have wanted to.
Key Metrics:
TBD. If there is much interest in this concept I may return to it to make a better full version.
Bugs & Tech Debt:
I don't think there are many or any game breaking bugs in the final build, but I did leave in some debug tools I used just in case such as, pressing P sets a quick respawn checkpoint to the players current position
Lessons Learned:
I am no level designer I need to spend much more time on level designing or do procedural levels.
Next Steps / If We Had More Time:
There are a few things I have noted down in my GDD that I would have liked to add such as, bounce pad, low gravity fields, and better art and more level. Like I said before if their is much interest for this project I may return to it with more help from artists and level designers and make a full release of this game.
